There’s just over a week until Outdoor Classroom Day a campaign which we are supporting. Outdoor Classroom Day is a day for children and young people everywhere to enjoy learning and playing outside the classroom. Schools are pledging to spend at least one lesson outdoors. In support of this day, ITC First is officially launching its new qualification,
The ITC Level 3 Award in Learning Beyond the Classroom.
This fantastic new qualification empowers teachers to explore and use alternative spaces for learning by providing the fundamental knowledge and skills to be able to take a step out of their normal classroom environment. Read More here…
The qualification has been developed by ITC First with input and feedback from the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom (CLOtC) and members of the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL)
