Welcome to ITC First - The Awarding Body That Cares

ITC First is an family-run, highly respected Ofqual recognised Awarding Organisation in England and a SQA Accreditation recognised Awarding Body in Scotland since 2006.

Established in 2006 with first aid and outdoor background expertise, we developed the first regulated Outdoor First Aid qualification in the UK.  Over the years, our portfolio of qualifications has grown to include Education and Training, Industry qualificatons and recently End Point Assessment.

We are committed to taking care of our Centres by providing high quality, cost effective customer care and developing qualifications, and introducing new qualifications, that can be delivered effectively by our Centres.  The support we offer to our Centres is much greater than simply offering and maintaining qualifications, we also offer business advice and guidances and bring new Centres into our ever-growing network of Centres, Assessors and Quality Assurers.

A single learner registration fee covers just about all of our services and is what most Centres pay:

• No Fee for Assessor Registration
• No Fee for Annual Registration
• No Fee for Qualification Approval
• No Fee for Changes to Centre Details
• No Fee for Advertising Courses
• No Fee for Development of Bespoke Qualifications

Centre registration gives access a Dashboard on the ITC WebOffice :

• High quality teaching resources (designed by experts and through feedback from Centres)
• Course administration
• Course paperwork (essential paperwork to allow efficient and effective delivery of qualifications)
• Support resources (PowerPoints, Guidance documents, etc)
