We exist to help Centres deliver quality training
We are an established and growing Awarding Organisation / Body with experience of supporting Centres in the training sector. We work closely with sector bodies, key training providers and employers to develop tailored, easy to use qualifications for ITC Centres. We are especially renowned for supporting Centres delivering outdoor education, forest school and first aid qualifications.
We have a commitment to a quality service that we believe offers the best possible package for all our Centres. Our Centres are well known for offering specialist training that few others offer, for example Outdoor First Aid.

Help, I've lost my certificate
If you have lost, misplaced or the dog has eaten your ITC First certificate then you'll need to request a replacement. To request a replacement certificate download the Replacement Certificate Request Form and forward to mail@itcfirst.org.uk. Only one option can be selected from the following list - the cost for each option is:
- £15 for paper
- £15 for electronic
- £30 for both versions (2 certificates)
Payment can be made by BACS (direct transfer), Cheque or postal order.
Become a centre
By becoming an ITC First Approved Centre, you enable your candidates to benefit from ITC qualifications in a range of subject areas.
ITC First qualifications include: Outdoor First Aid, First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, Manual Handling, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Education & Training, Internal Quality Assurance.
